Susan Case joins Eagle Ray as VP for IC business development
On March 1, Chantilly, VA-based Eagle Ray announced that it has welcomed Susan Case who joins the woman-owned mid-tier expert services company to lead its expansion within the Intelligence Community (IC). Case is responsible for developing new business and reinforcing Eagle Ray’s expertise in the planning and execution of mission critical programs.
“Susan brings a wealth of capture experience and demonstrated success in winning work within the IC,” stated Eagle Ray’s Chief Growth Officer, Jeanine Callahan. “Our focus is on building prime contract revenue and bringing Susan on board is key step to achieving our growth goals.”
Case has a 35 years of successful business start-up; business development; management of operations and sales organizations, sales and consulting experience. Prior to joining Eagle Ray, she held business development positions at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, L3 COM Intelligence Solutions Division, Keane Federal Systems, and others. Her experience in working for small, medium and large companies supporting the IC both CONUS and OCONUS provides her with a unique insight into the nuances of responding to and delivering on RFPs and proposals.
Case earned a M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, and a B.A. in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Richmond. She is an active member of the Virginia Intelligence Marketing Group; the Agency Intelligence Marketing Group, AFCEA, INSA and GEOINT. In addition, she is the founder of DIAlogue an organization focused on partnering with the Defense Intelligence Agency to achieve mission success.
