SPAWAR posts maritime risk intelligence sources sought
On August 27, the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command posted a sources sought notice for maritime risk intelligence support services. Capability statements are due by 4:00 p.m. Pacific on September 3.
The SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific (SSCPAC), Command, anticipates a sole source contract to provide Maritime Exercise and Advisory Support Risk Intelligence (Code 56260) the following services: Maritime Risk and Port Risk Intelligence Data.
The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621.
This is a new requirement therefore; historical contract reference numbers are not available for this notice. The anticipated period of performance will span one (1) year beginning at time of award. A Firm-Fixed-Price contract is anticipated. It is estimated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued in the September 2018-time frame via E-Commerce.
It is requested that all interested concerns, including but not limited to HUBZone, 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and Large Businesses respond with a Capability Statement of a maximum of 10- pages to be used to determine the availability of concerns for this requirement.
