Salient Federal Solutions and CRGT announce completion of their merger

Salient Federal Solutions, Inc. (“Salient”), a leading provider of information technology and engineering services, and CRGT Inc. (“CRGT”), a full life-cycle IT services provider for the Federal Government, announced the completion of their merger on September 15. The transaction was initially announced August 11, 2015.

Brad Antle, President and Chief Executive Officer of Salient Federal Solutions, will serve as Chief Executive Officer of Salient CRGT and Tom Ferrando, President and Chief Executive Officer of CRGT, will serve as its President.
