ReSCIND program BAA released
On April 11, the Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) posted the broad agency announcement (BAA) for the Reimagining Security with Cyberpsychology-Informed Network Defenses (ReSCIND) program. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. Pacific on May 26.
NIWC Pacific, on behalf of the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Agency (IARPA), is soliciting proposals under this BAA for the new ReSCIND program.
The solicitation process will follow Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 35, Research and
Development Contracting, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Awards
based on responses to this BAA will be considered the result of full and open competition in accordance
with 10 U.S.C. § 2302 and will be placed as procurement contracts only. The BAA (N66001-23-S-4510) is
attached to this solicitation notice and is accessed through the NAVWAR e-Commerce Central website.
