Red Hat conference producers launch a new show for developers called DevNation
The folks who have been presenting the Red Hat Summit conferences for years have just introduced their newest creation, DevNation, “an open source conference by and for developers across the globe,” which will be co-located with the Red Hat Summit in San Francisco on April 13-16.
Organizers explain that DevNation “will offer sessions, labs, hackfests, and panels geared to those who build with open source.”
The producers of the DevNation conference indicate they are not planning to offer formal tracks, but that topics that “will fit into our overall vibe” will include enterprise application development, front-end development, mobile development, Big Data, application integration, DevOps and continuous delivery, platform development and “cool stuff” — “Any helpful bits you’d love to share with your peers.” Organizers promise a full agenda by mid-February.
