Paul Harrington tapped as Empower AI’s CGO

On April 17, Reston, VA-based Empower AI (formerly NCI Information Systems) announced the appointment of Paul Harrington as chief growth officer (CGO). Harrington is a distinguished executive with over three decades of experience leading growth-focused organizations in both the government services and private technology sectors. He joins Empower AI to accelerate growth with a strong focus on innovation.

A former partner at McKinsey & Company, Harrington built and led the Global Public and Social Sector Practice Go-to-Market (GTM) team, spanning 23 countries. In addition to his client development leadership, Harrington has served Fortune 50 private sector and large government clients in areas such as growth strategy, government procurement, organization, and digital modernization. Before McKinsey, Harrington held multiple leadership roles throughout the government services sector, including General Dynamics Information Technology, Vangent, CGI Federal, and SRA International, as well as in private sector technology roles that included Johnson & Johnson, Ariba (now part of SAP), and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Harrington is also a former U.S. Army officer.
