NGA seeks help with Patagonia contract
On October 28, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) issued a Request for Information (RFI) for Patagonia.
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking information on how interested vendors (small, mid, and large sized businesses) could provide capabilities for the Patagonia contract that focuses on ingesting, sorting, protecting, and disseminating structured and unstructured GEOINT data using a cloud infrastructure that can be assessed by U.S. consumers and partners. The end-state associated with Patagonia is a cloud-provisioned library that customers can access through any client type using open standards or via machine-to-machine interfaces. The solution must be standards-based, and have a defined path to migrate legacy capabilities to new, industry-standard technology baselines.
The entire RFI can be viewed via the CLASSIFIED IC-ARC (Intelligence Community – Acquisition Research Center) Website on JWICS at URL: https://acq.nro.ic.gov/ and site link “Patagonia” All information including a questions deadline and submission deadline are detailed in the RFI documents on the IC-ARC.
