NGA releases LUNO RFI

On December 1, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) released the LUNO request for information (RFI). Responses are due by January 5, 2023.

An RFI was posted to the UNCLASSIFIED Intelligence Community Acquisition Research Center (IC-ARC) website (https://acq.westfields.net/nga/efforts/luno) on 30 November 2022 seeking information relevant to monitoring global military and economic activity via unclassified Computer Vision (CV) and analytic services.

The objective of this RFI is to identify unclassified Computer Vision capabilities to include but not limited to: object detection, object classification, object segmentation, pattern detection, broad area search, area monitoring and feature mapping that will augment existing unclassified and classified capabilities and data sources, and integrate directly into analytic workflows for operational use.

Responses containing the white paper are due no later than 05 January, 2023. All questions prior to final submission shall be received no later than 16 December 2022.
