NGA posts RFP for Radiance acquisition
On September 22, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency posted the request for proposal (RFP) for the Radiance acquisition in support of its Advanced GEOINT Services (AGS) program.
The intent of National Geospatial-lntelligence Agency (NGA) is to issue the Request for Proposal (RFP) HM0476-16-R-0006 for public response to the Radiance acquisition. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most recent Acquisition Circular. This RFP is issued in accordance with FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (APR 1984).
NGA has a requirement for Radiance Services in suppolt of the NGA Advanced GEOINT Services (AGS) program that develops and provides state-of-the-art, easy to use, non-literal (Target information that is not derived from visual analysis) GEOINT services for Imagery Scientists and Analysts in the Intelligence Community using Agile Development techniques and DevOps processes allowing for accelerated delivery timelines derived from user feedback.
NGA has a requirement for the NGA Advanced GEOINT Services (AGS) program that will use a cloud-based foundation and follow an agile software development methodology (e.g. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)) for development and sustainment of the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) Radiance applications and services.
