NGA posts HR management RFI
On April 19, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) posted a request for information (RFI) for human resource management. Responses are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on May 10.
NGA in support of the Office of Human Development (HD) is seeking information on how an interested contractor could get maximum integration of all of the health and wellness components (physical health, behavioral health, Employee Assistance Program [EAP], spiritual wellness) and executing an agency-wide health program. The implementation of the overall objective extends to collaboration between the medical and behavioral health components as it relates to determining the suitability of employees for NGA. These services are currently being performed under NGA contract HM0476-17-C-0004, with Deloitte Consulting, LLP.
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is for industry to share their experiences with similar efforts and to provide comments and suggestions on providing Health Services for NGA employees. The Government plans to use the information provided by industry to develop a comprehensive procurement strategy. Any information used will be on a non-attribution basis.
