This requirement encompasses: 1) an Enterprise Service Desk (ESD), providing self-service and operator-assisted IT support across NGA; 2) a Command and Control Operations Management function serving as the central point for Information Technology Infrastructure (ITI) and Production Systems situational awareness on all domains; 3) a Cyber Security Operations Cell (CSOC) serving as the central point for security incident detection, cyber intelligence collection and analysis, response, investigation, and reporting through the use of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention system, malware detection, forensics, auditing, and other capabilities and 4) the development and collection of business intelligence information to support enterprise management process and product improvement.
