On May 16, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency posted a presolicitation notice and webinar invitation for the CIBORG initiative (Solicitation Number: HM0476-17-OCSC-MML03).
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a Commercial Initiative to Buy Operationally Responsive GEOINT (CIBORG) initiative. The first major effort of CIBORG is to create a solution that allows for flexibility when purchasing GEOINT solutions against dynamic requirements. To support this Initiative the General Services Administration (GSA) Office of IT Schedule Contract Operations anticipates releasing a Request for Quotation for a government-wide Blanket Purchase Agreement utilizing GSA Federal Supply Schedule 70 – General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software and Services. Additional, GSA is establishing a new Earth Observation Solutions (EOS) Special Item Number (SIN) 132-41.
