On March 5, the U.S. Navy posted a request for information (RFI) for Seabed to Space Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (S2ISR). Responses are due by March 20, according to SAM.gov.
Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific’s Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Department (Code 56000) has a requirement to provide research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) services and technical engineering services in support of projects which relate to the development, improvement, implementation and continued effectiveness of systems necessary for maritime ISR and Information Operations (IO).
The services contemplated under this effort will provide the Navy with the ability to develop and field ISR systems that incorporate the latest capabilities for maintaining robust communication, surveillance and security to accommodate advances in technology and other complementary systems while countering ever-increasing threats.
