Navy posts C-EIPB sources sought
On November 15, the U.S. Navy issued a sources sought notice for COLLECTOR – Environmental Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace, (C-EIPB). Responses are due no later than 4:00 p.m. CST on December 6.
COLLECTOR – Environmental Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace, (C-EIPB) is a Geographical Information System (GIS) used for the storage, retrieval, mapping and analysis of geographic data for command and control systems within the Navy, converting data into actionable information for the warfighter.
C-EIPB contains highly-specialized extensions, applications, and data layers supporting various critical mission requirements of NAVOCEANO and Navy commands. Individual extensions within C-EIPB are distinct but share core functionality and data requiring seamless cross tool functionality. C-EIPB and its geospatial data must be continually maintained and updated in order to continue supporting Navy missions.
The contractor shall maintain an up-to-date and efficient C–EIPB application and shall enhance the C-EIPB application to meet operational requirements of NAVOCEANO and other Navy commands.
