NAVWAR posts RFI for MOS modernization
On June 4, the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command posted a request for information for Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) On Ship (MOS) Modernization (MOS Mod).Responses are due by June 21.
The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) (formerly Space and Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR)), Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computer, & Intelligence (C4I), Command and Control, Program Office (PMW 150) is conducting market research to determine industry interest and capability for producing MOS Mod AN/USQ-154(V) systems.
This RFI is to inform industry that the Government is considering a series of purchase orders and is assessing the marketplace to determine if there are multiple offerors interested and capable of performing all of the requirements. Details may be found in the attached RFI document.
Note: The technical data package for this RFI will not be available for public distribution. In order to obtain access to the documents, each company will be required to demonstrate they are cleared for access. Specific instructions for accessing the information are attached to the Non-Disclosure Agreement Instructions.
