National Guard posts notice for A2A3 ISR contract support

On January 3, the U.S. Army, National Guard Bureau posted a presolicitation notice for A2A3 ISR contract support (Solicitation Number: W9133L-17-R-0034). The government intends to release the solicitation on or about January 23.
The Air National Guard Readiness Center, Contracting Office intends to issue a Solicitation W9133L-17-R-0034 for the overall A2A3 Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance and Command and Control Support Services.
The Government contemplates awarding a single contract with firm fixed priced contract line items for labor and all efforts relating to the performance required to meet the terms and conditions of the contract. The Firm Fixed Price contract type is being used due to the risk involved as being identified as minimal and can be predicted with an acceptable degree of certainty. This will be a five (5) year contract that will be funded annually, based on the availability of funds. The initial period of performance is 12 months from date of award.
