Missile Defense Agency posts TEAMS Intelligence final RFP

Missile Defense 112On September 28, the Missile Defense Agency posted the final Request for Proposal for its TEAMS Intelligence Programs solicitation. Questions are due no later than 2:00pm Central Time on October 5. Final proposals are due no later than 2:00pm Central Time on October 28.

The Missile Defense Agency hereby releases the Final Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HQ0147-15-R-0016, for the Agency’s Intelligence requirement under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) Acquisitions. Support is required for the Technical Intelligence Directorate (DE/I) and covers geographically dispersed locations identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) i.e., the National Capital Region (NCR); Dahlgren, VA (DHL); Huntsville, AL (HSV); and, Colorado Springs, CO (COS). The requirements cover support to the MDA/EII for all source intelligence on current and emerging threats provided by the Intelligence Community (IC) for use by missile defense developers, operators, and MDA senior leadership.
This procurement is a Full and Open competition. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541690 (Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services); Business Size Standard is $15,000,000. It is anticipated that a single award contract will result, comprising a cost plus fixed fee completion-contract for a base period of two years and three, one-year option periods. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government. All responsible offerors may submit an offer. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the FedBizOpps website.
