MDA publishes final RFP for counterintelligence contract
On November 10, the Missile Defense Agency released the Final Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HQ0147-16-R-0001, for the Agency’s “Counterintelligence” contract under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions. Any proposal questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted by 17 November 2015, 4:00 PM (CST). Proposals are due 10 December 2015 by 2:00 PM (CST).
This requirement provides the Missile Defense Agency with advisory and assistance services in support to detect, identify, assess, exploit, penetrate, degrade and counter or neutralize intelligence collection efforts, other intelligence activities, sabotage, espionage, sedition, subversion, assassination and terrorist activities directed against the Missile Defense Agency, its personnel, information, material, facilities and activities worldwide. The pre-solicitation notice and draft RFP were previously released under solicitation number HQ0147-15-R-0012.
This procurement is issued on a full and open, unrestricted basis. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541690. It is anticipated that this award will result in a single cost plus fixed fee contract for a base period of two years and three, one-year option periods. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government. All responsible offerors may submit an offer. The solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the FedBizOpps Website.
