ManTech promotes Yvonne Vervaet to senior vice president of growth and capabilities
ManTech of Herndon, VA announced on October 9 that it has named Yvonne Vervaet to the new corporate position of senior vice president of growth and capabilities.
Effective November 1, Vervaet will report to president and CEO Kevin Phillips and be responsible for setting the company’s growth strategy by aligning business methods, capabilities, and enabling technologies to federal budgets and the company’s business opportunity pipeline. In her new role she will also lead enterprise capabilities, marketing, communications, enabling technologies and shared services in support of business development.
“During her time at ManTech, Yvonne Vervaet has been a powerful force driving major contract awards from the Intelligence Community, including our recent wins of $668 million with the Department of Homeland Security for CDM and nearly $1 billion with a major defense agency for secured enterprise IT,” said Kevin Phillips. “In her new corporate role as senior vice president of growth and capabilities she will apply this same energy, strategic thinking and winning attitude to innovations that advance the missions of all ManTech customers – and grow our business.”
Beginning in 2013 Vervaet served as chief growth officer for ManTech’s Mission, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions Group. In a career of more than 26 years she has also held key management positions at BAE SpecTal, Northrop Grumman/TASC, EDS and CSC.
