ManTech awarded $34 million contract for support to Distributed Common Ground System–Army programs of record modernization

The U.S. Army has awarded Fairfax, VA-based ManTech International Corporation a prime contract to provide software engineering support to system fielding; certification and accreditation information assurance; and other intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) technical assistance to the Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) Programs of Record modernization effort, the company announced December 15.
The cost-plus-fixed-fee task order has a 12-month base period of performance and one 12-month option period, with a potential total value to ManTech of $34 million.
“We look forward to continuing our support to the DCGS-A mission for the United States Army,” said Daniel Keefe, president and chief operating officer of ManTech’s Mission Solutions & Services Group.
