ManTech awarded $27.2M US Navy C4ISR training contract
The U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) has awarded ManTech International Corporation a $27.2 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, multiple-award prime contract to provide training services to SSC Pacific’s Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems.
The three-year, multiple award contract includes two one-year option periods which if exercised could increase the overall potential value of the contract to $45.8 million, the Herndon, VA-based company announced October 24.
“This award builds on ManTech’s 12 years of successful support to TDSC developing and providing training across the C4ISR enterprise to the U.S. Navy,” said Daniel Keefe, president and chief operating officer of ManTech’s Mission Solutions & Services Group. “ManTech’s full spectrum approach to C4ISR sets the industry benchmark for excellence in preparing and sustaining American naval superiority in today’s digital combat zone.”
ManTech will provide training analysis, development, implementation, and training delivery in computer-based, web-based, and virtualized system technologies. ManTech will send training teams to Navy ships and activities worldwide, and will continue to evaluate and advance the state of training technologies used for Department of Defense personnel.
