On August 29, Rockville, MD-based Integral Federal announced the addition of two executives, Kristen Mullins as vice president of human resources and David Gillispie as vice president of technology.
As the VP of human resources, Mullins will oversee human resources and talent acquisition as well as help lead the company’s human capital strategy. With over two decades of experience in human resource leadership roles, Mullins will grow Integral’s people-centric initiatives and help to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
In his VP of technology role, Gillispie will serve as a technology subject matter expert and will help drive Integral’s technology road map, developing strategies to expand existing programs and identify new opportunities. He brings over thirty years of IT leadership experience and has a proven track record of leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and create competitive advantages.
