INSCOM posts CI portal development support RFI

On January 29, the Army Contracting Command – Intelligence and Security Command (ACC-INSCOM) issued a request for information for G-2X ACOP/CITM/NATO Sustainment and Development Support. Responses are due by 12:00 p.m. Eastern on March 1.

INSCOM is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research and to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support an upcoming requirement for the G2 INSCOM to provide Sustainment and Development Support of the Department of Army’s Army Counterintelligence Operations Portal (ACOP), Counterintelligence Threat Management (CITM), and NATO Counterintelligence Reporting Portal (NCIRP).

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gain information on current industry practices that would meet G2 requirements and to assess industry interest in participating in any subsequent acquisitions for these services.

INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications, and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.

This requirement will support G2 Department of Army’s Army Counterintelligence Operations Portal (ACOP), Counterintelligence Threat Management (CITM), and NATO Counterintelligence Reporting Portal (NCIRP) key directorates to provide the services of subject matter experts (SMEs).
