IIA Technologies acquires KeyLogic Systems
IIA Technologies Corp of Oak Ridge, TN announced on June 6 the acquisition of KeyLogic Systems of Morgantown, WV. KeyLogic has a 20-year portfolio of successes in supporting DOE, DOD, EPA, FBI, NASA and other federal agencies challenged with complex S&T and Big Data management and analytics requirements. KeyLogic provides R&D technology management, BI data analysis and visualization, software and system engineering, cloud implementation, and biometrics solutions.
The merger of IIA and KeyLogic establishes a new mid-tier technology specialist with over 600 data scientists, developers, engineers, researchers, and analysts leveraging big data analytics, cloud computing, network and cloud telemetry, machine learning, high performance computing, and cyber analytics to solve government’s business problems quicker with high-impact outcomes.
