ID Technologies announces partnership with Getac
ID Technologies, based in Ashburn, VA, announced on January 17 a new partnership with Getac, a Taiwan-based manufacturer of rugged laptops and tablets designed for military and law enforcement use. Together, the companies will provide mission-focused, secure solutions to support the unique and complex requirements of the U.S. Department of Defense.
“We are very excited about our new partnership with Getac. Our two companies are aligned in both our customer-centric approach to solutions, as well as our desire to develop true partnerships that benefit not only our respective companies, but more importantly, the markets and customers we serve,” says Chris Oliver, president of ID Technologies. “At ID Technologies, our mission is to make it simpler for our customers to buy and use IT that is fit-for-purpose. Getac’s extensive experience with the DoD, as well as their history of listening to their customers and developing products that meet the unique needs of the end-user, aligns perfectly with that mission.”
“The partnership between ID Technologies and Getac highlights what our two companies are all about, providing our customers the best solutions, and overall value for their mission critical objectives,” says Dante Conrad, director of federal sales at Getac. “The mutual focus on customers first, and committed partnerships, made this an easy alignment between our two companies.”
