IARPA posts notice regarding Loki program
IARPA is seeking innovative solutions for the Loki Program. The BAA is classified at the SECRET//NOFORN level and will therefore not be posted on FBO. The BAA will be distributed directly to interested and qualified offerors. IARPA-BAA-16-05 will be available for release on or about 25 May 2016.
Please submit the following so that IARPA can verify the offeror’s personnel security clearances, facility clearance, and storage capability prior to BAA release to offeror:
- Facility Security Officer or Security Designee (include full name, date and place of birth, SSN, clearance level, phone and email – open and classified networks)
- Cage code
- Facility clearance
- Storage capability
Requests received by 23 May 2016 should be processed on or about 25 May 2016. Requests for a copy of the BAA will be accepted until the BAA is closed or until the request date is otherwise modified. Upon successful verification, offerors will be contacted by an IARPA representative to coordinate delivery of the BAA via classified email (preferable), hand-carry by offeror’s authorized courier or other method as agreed upon by IARPA. BAA release is anticipated to be on or about 25 May 2016. The anticipated proposal due date will be approximately 60 days after BAA release, and the BAA will close approximately 90 days later.
To obtain authorization to prepare and submit a proposal: Proposals submitted in response to this BAA are likely to be classified, therefore, in addition to the above, IARPA must grant approval to prepare and submit a classified proposal.
