Heather Gray joins SOSi as capture and proposal VP

Reston, VA-based SOS International LLC announced on July 17 the addition of Heather Gray as vice president of capture, proposals—the latest in a series of senior-level executive hires to join SOSi from some of the largest government technology companies in the D.C. metropolitan area.

Gray has been leading capture and proposal teams for government contractors within the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and civilian agencies for nearly 15 years. She comes to SOSi from General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), where she served as senior director, capture management. Before her role at GDIT, Gray served in high-level capture and proposal positions for AT&T and CACI, where she served for more than 10 years as director, capture management.

Gray holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs/Japanese from University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA with a certificate in human capital from The George Washington University. She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds both the Foundation and Practitioner Certification from the Association for Proposal Management Professionals (APMP). Gray is fluent in French, Japanese, and Spanish, in addition to English.
