Ashburn, VA-based EverWatch, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, announced on April 10 that it has purchased Northwood Global Solutions. Northwood provides technology solutions specializing in cloud architecture and migration, cybersecurity, analytics and big data systems architecture to the intelligence community.
“The partnership with the Northwood team helps EverWatch expand its technical capabilities and broadens our relationships and mission expertise within the Intelligence Community,” said John Hillen, CEO of EverWatch. “We are thrilled to welcome the Northwood employees to the EverWatch family and to continue building cutting edge capabilities to support our customers’ most critical missions.”
EverWatch was formed late last year via the merger of four Enlightenment
acquisitions in the defense and intelligence sectors.
