EverWatch announced on November 26 that it has acquired Dynamic Engineering Solutions (“DES”), a provider of cloud and network administration solutions to the Intelligence Community. EverWatch is a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital.
“DES helps EverWatch expand into technical adjacencies and broadens our relationship with the Intelligence Community,” said Robert Miller, president of EverWatch. “We are excited to welcome DES to the EverWatch family and look forward to expanding our combined capabilities to better serve our customers.”
