Engility wins prime position on $900 million IDIQ
Engility Holdings, Inc. of Chantilly, VA announced on February 17 that it has been awarded a prime position on the Joint Enterprise-Contracted Logistics and Services Support (JE-CLaSS) contract.
JE-CLaSS is a multi-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling value of $900 million dollars to provide logistics, supply chain management, and maintenance support services for the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD). The JE-CLaSS IDIQ contract structure is flexible, streamlined, and can support multiple Task Order types and pricing structures over a period of performance consisting of a three-year base and one three-year option.
Engility has proudly supported JPEO-CBD for more than 10 years, and looks forward to continuing to provide JPEO-CBD cost-effective supply-chain and logistic support services under the JE-CLaSS vehicle. Engility is supported by strong teammates who further expand our capabilities across the full spectrum of the JE-CLaSS offerings, including Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services for individual and collective protection, decontamination, and force protection against Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High Yield Explosives (CBRNE) threats.
“This win allows us to continue an important relationship with this customer and it gives us the opportunity to provide sustainment and support to fielded CBRN systems across all of the military services,” said Engility President and CEO Tony Smeraglinolo. “We have a great team and we look forward to helping JPEO-CBD achieve mission success.”
