DSS posts final RFP for Intelligence Information Reports
On May 30, the U.S. Defense Security Service posted the final solicitation for Intelligence Information Reports (Solicitation Number: HS0021-18-Q-0003).
The Office of Acquisitions, Defense Security Service (DSS), Quantico, Virginia 22134 intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation), and Subpart 16.5 (Indefinite Delivery Contracts), for a contractor to generate Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) in support of the Collection Management Branch (CMB) at DSS.
The purpose of this effort is to obtain support to generate counterintelligence (CI) reports and the processing of IIRs. This is a non-personal services contract to provide IIR processing. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the service providers performing the services herein. Such service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
The Government previously posted two drafts of this solicitation in anticipation of release; therefore, the final solicitation will only be posted for two weeks: DUE DATE: JUNE 13, 2018 NLT 1300 Eastern Time. No further questions regarding the final solicitation will be responded to unless deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer. No phone calls will be accepted.
