Army posts C3T Technical Support RFI

On May 30, the U.S. Army posted a request for information for C3T Technical Support (Solicitation Number: W56JSR-18-R-0019). Responses are due by June 29.

The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC) Command, Control and Communications – Tactical (C3T) provides life cycle software solutions and services that enable warfighting superiority and information dominance across the enterprise. SEC C3T provides a full spectrum Post Production Software Support (PPSS), Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS), and Acquisition services for Army and other DoD programs and systems in support of its worldwide customers, including: Program Executive Officers (PEOs), their Project Managers (PMs), and their Project Directors (PDs); Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) and its components; and, other Department of Defense (DoD) elements. The CECOM SEC C3T Directorate supports Programs of Record (PORs) with all aspects of software sustainment services, and in the future, will support additional new programs.
SEC C3T’s sustainment requirement is to produce software that is:
Accepted by its intended users
Consistent and reproducible
Achieves mandatory security requirements
Complies with all applicable regulatory and statutory requirements
Stable and mature
Cost Effective

Work efforts include: program management support, systems and software engineering support, Cybersecurity support, project management support, Post Production Software Support (PPSS), Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS), System Integration and Exercise Support, Support to SEC C3T Software Support Environments and Facilities for PDSS/PPSS, and Replication, Distribution, Installation, and Training (RDIT) Support.
