DIA seeks CI, HUMINT training support

The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, posted a sources sought notice on June 26 for HUMUNT-CI Training Instructor Support (Solicitation Number: 399-0065-18-Z). Responses are due by 3:00 p.m. Eastern on July 2.

The Defense Intelligence Agency is charged with maintaining a standardized, integrated, and synchronized training, education, and development program for the Department of Defense (DoD) Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Enterprise (DCHE) to protect national and DoD resources and interests.

VaCA requires HUMINT and CI Training Instructors to assist the Government in the execution of HUMINT enabling coursework.

1) Course instructions: The CI and HUMINT enabling instructors shall provide expertise to design, support, and deliver training in all areas of CI and HUMINT enabling

2) HUMINT collection management: The HUMINT collection management instructor contractor shall assist the government in executing and modifying DIA’s HUMINT collection management course instruction
