DIA releases JRAAC sources sought
On October 12, the Virginia Contracting Activity posted a sources sought notice for JRAAC. Responses are due no later than 5:00pm Central Time on October 28.
The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA), on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500, is seeking sources for contractor support services to provide support for model development, simulation, and data analysis activities as well as operations and maintenance of modeling and simulation laboratories located at Redstone Arsenal. A copy of the unclassified Scope of Work is attached to the FedBizOpps notice. Please note that this is not the final Statement of Work, but a draft for purposes of this sources sought notice only.
After review of the SOW, any contractor firm that believes it has the capability to perform the effort should submit proof of its experience, technical capability and past performance related to the services described above to Mr. Brandon D. Powell, Contracting Officer, via email at brandon.powell2@dodiis.mil NLT 5:00 p.m. local (Central) time, Friday, 28 October 2016. The NAICS code for this effort is 541712. An indefinite delivery requirements contract with five-year ordering period is being contemplated. Offerors must also be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) (formerly Central Contractor Registration (CCR)) database to conduct business with this Government organization. Place of performance shall be at the Missile and Space Intelligence Center, Building 4545 Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500.While the Scope of Work for this effort may not be classified, a TOP SECRET facility Clearance is required and personnel physically working in the MSIC facilities must have a TS/SCI Clearance.
