On December 20, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA) issued a request for information (RFI) for High Frequency (HF) Over-The-Horizon Radar (OTHR) and Associated Subsystems. Responses are due by January 19.
The DIA VACA is seeking to identify qualified sources having the capability to meet government requirements for the development, integration, installation, testing, and sustainment of HF OTHR systems and associated subsystem hardware and software. Sources are needed for one or more of the following HF OTHR technology focus areas: HF OTHR hardware and HF OTHR software.
Interested sources must contact the contracting officer to request and begin the process to access the classified Statement of Work and appendices.
