DIA looks for small business help with forensics development support

On March 1, Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, posted a request for information for forensics development support.
The Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA) is seeking input from SBA Certified 8(a) Program Participants on a draft Statement of Work and its Attachments to provide system sustainment, research and development, engineering, integration, and enhancements to multiple GOTS, COTS, and Open Source platforms and systems based on continuous user and environment requirements. This is a Request for Information for Forensics Development Support, RFI-FDS.
The VaCA anticipates limiting this action to 100% certified 8(a) business concerns only. All respondents should be able to confirm that they currently meet the 8(a) business requirements under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541519, “Other Computer Related Services.”
The Government anticipates revising the SOW and all Attachments based on industry involvement and then determining acquisition strategy for third quarter of FY16.
