David Dacquino joins Serco Inc. as senior vice president of the Defense Services Business Unit

Serco 112Serco Inc., a Reston, VA-based provider of professional, technology, and management services to the Federal government, announced on December 3 that David Dacquino has joined the Company as Senior Vice President of the Defense Services Business Unit. In this newly created position, Dacquino will oversee the Company’s work in the areas of ship and shore/base modernization, hardware integration, acquisition and program management, logistics support, and personnel readiness.

Dacquino brings to Serco more than 30 years of experience in the defense, aeronautics and technical services industry. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of SkyLink, a leading aviation and logistics service provider with international operations in over 60 countries.

Prior to his position at SkyLink, Dacquino served as the CEO of VT Group, a technology integrator with a strong focus on C4ISR, transportation, logistics, and facilities management.   He also served as Vice President and lead executive of Raytheon Technical Services Company‘s integrated support solutions division.

Dacquino also had a 20-year career at Lockheed Martin, where he ultimately held the position of Vice President and General Manager of logistic services and oversaw more than 3,500 personnel at 75 locations worldwide.
