CSA expands leadership team

Client Solution Architects LLC (CSA) of Mechanicsburg, PA, announced on August 16 that it recently expanded its executive leadership team. Tim Spadafore was named chief operating officer (COO) and will oversee the firm’s operating divisions and business IT services and support team. Ronald “Fog” Hahn was named chief growth officer (CGO) and is charged with leading growth strategy, business development, marketing and branding, government relations, technology development and competitive intelligence. Hahn will also lead the government-wide acquisitions (GWAC)/ indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) center of excellence.

Both executives were selected to further position the organization for its next phase of growth and innovation based on their proven experience in executing strategic growth initiatives focused on the Department of Defense and civilian agencies.

Spadafore is an accomplished senior executive with over 26 years in the federal contracting arena. His comprehensive insight into business operations, growth, engagement management, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) will benefit CSA’s growth-oriented strategy. Spadafore participated in and led four mergers within the past 10 years, including the recent acquisition of Array into CGI Federal. Prior to joining CSA, Spadafore served as the senior vice president for CGI Federal’s Defense, Intelligence, and Space business unit. Before CGI, Spadafore was the president and COO of TeraThink, which CGI acquired in 2020.

Hahn’s track record of winning new business makes him a compelling addition to CSA’s team. Hahn most recently served as the executive vice president, CGO of Amentum (spin-off from AECOM), where he successfully led business development (BD) Operations, Government Relations, Marketing & Branding, Advanced Technology Office, Competitive Intelligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, and the development of growth strategies. Prior to his private sector experience, Hahn was a government civilian and Director of the Joint Electronic Warfare Center. He also served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.

“Spadafore and Hahn are exceptionally qualified leaders. Having them onboard CSA’s executive team signals our next step in growth and expansion as we continue to increase our value and offerings to customers and stakeholders,” said Amy Bleken, CSA’s chief executive officer.
