Christopher Voci joins CACI as SVP, corporate controller

CACI International Inc of Arlington, VA announced on November 13 that it has appointed Christopher Voci as senior vice president and corporate controller. As corporate controller, Voci will be responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Voci joins CACI from Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he served as vice president and controller of the Innovation Systems sector. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Voci worked for Orbital ATK, Inc., where he served as vice president, controller, and chief accounting officer.

Voci offers the company a unique combination of effective leadership, global business management experience, and mergers and acquisition expertise. In addition, he brings significant accounting knowledge and experience, as well as proven analytical, project management, communications, and negotiation skills, according to the company.
