Chairman Mike Rogers launches 2014 ‘Securing Our Future’ summer speaking series
House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) Chairman Mike Rogers (R-MI) announced on May 13 a summer speaking series that will address current and future threats facing the United States, and the policies he believes are needed to confront those threats.
“Chairman Rogers also will challenge the growing strand of isolationism in America and highlight the pitfalls of such a policy to U.S. national and economic security,” says a notice published on the Web site of the intelligence community.
In concert with the series, HPSCI will release speech text and video, when available, to engage with Americans around the country on these key national security policy issues.
