AllCom Global Services acquires Delex Fairfax Integrated Security Systems

AllCom Global Services, Inc. (AllCom), based in Lake St. Louis, MO, announced on December 2 the acquisition of Delex Fairfax Integrated Security Systems (DFISS) headquartered in Herndon, VA with offices located in New York, NY and Parsippany, NJ.

With the close of this acquisition, AllCom adds a comprehensive portfolio of technology based physical security systems and solutions including software, hardware products, and certified services from industry leaders such as Lenel, AMAG, Software House, Axis and Exacq Technologies.

DFISS currently supports a variety of large municipal, commercial and government customers to engineer install and maintain security systems.
