Air Force announces RRS C4I and Cyber Technology Symposium
On February 22, the United States Air Force announced the upcoming RRS C4I and Cyber Technology Symposium.

The 2018 Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence (C4I) and Cyber Technology Symposium sponsored by the Erie Canal Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) will be held June 19-20, 2018 at the Hotel at Utica Centre (formerly known as the Radisson) in Utica, NY.
The symposium will explore challenges and research opportunities in the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Information Directorate (AFRL/RI) in C4I and Cyber technologies for Air Force and DoD applications. There will be plenary sessions in the morning and parallel technical workshops in the afternoon, led by senior experts from academia, industry, and government.
The AFRL/RI is participating along with its Information Institute and senior representatives from Air Force and other DoD organizations. Some of the topic areas include but are not limited to:
- Multi-Domain Command & Control
- AI, Autonomy, and Machine Learning
- Agile, Assured, Secured Communications & Networks
- Data to Decision (Big Data)
- Processing Power (Computing)
- Cyberspace Superiority
