Ace Technology Partners’ NETCENTS 2 USAF contract extended
Ace Computers affiliate Ace Technology Partners was just awarded the first one-year renewal on its NETCENTS 2 contract, which includes a 3-year base period of performance and three additional one-year options, the Chicago, IL-based company announced November 17.
Ace Technology Partners CEO John Samborski said, “We have worked hard to earn the trust and loyalty of the highest level government organizations, including the military. They know that everything we build will be the highest quality and delivered on time. We know that these are requirements for developing successful relationships with government organizations—but not every contractor understands this.”
NETCENTS 2 provides federal agencies, including the U.S. Air Force and Department of Defense, with a thoroughly vetted source for standardized networking equipment, supplies and related services. NETCENTS 2 contracts are the U.S. Air Force’s main source of IT products, services and solutions.
The NETCENTS 2 selection process was exhaustive, according to the company. “The fact that we survived the process and went on to win this coveted contract is, in effect, the government’s endorsement of the products and services that we provide for both the public and private sectors,” Samborski said.
Products that Ace Technology Partners is authorized to sell through NETCENTS 2 include servers, storage, networking equipment, peripherals, multimedia, software, and identity management/biometric hardware and software.
