On July 7, Everforth ECS announced the appointment of Steven Irish as the company’s new chief growth officer (CGO). Irish will lead Everforth ECS’ growth strategy in this newly created executive role, which was designed to unify the company’s growth organization and strengthen alignment across business development, capture, and customer engagement functions. Irish will also oversee efforts to expand the company’s federal footprint, strengthen strategic technology partnerships, and advance its portfolio of government-focused capabilities.
Irish joins Everforth ECS at a time of sustained federal investment in technology modernization. Government agencies collectively spend more than $100 billion annually on technology initiatives, with growing demand for capabilities in AI, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, and digital engineering.
“Steven’s proven ability to build high-performing teams, develop winning growth strategies, and cultivate trusted customer relationships makes him an exceptional addition to our senior leadership team,” said Donnie Scott, president of Everforth ECS. “His experience leading organizations across a range of federal markets will be instrumental as we expand our AI, cybersecurity, and digital modernization capabilities to help agencies tackle increasingly complex challenges.”
Irish brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across the federal defense, health, and civilian sectors. Prior to joining Everforth ECS, he held senior leadership positions at Peraton, LexisNexis, and DXC Technology, where he led growth, strategy, and operations for organizations supporting critical government missions.
“At Everforth ECS, I see an incredible opportunity to build on the company’s strong foundation, exceptional talent, and reputation for delivering meaningful outcomes across the federal landscape,” said Irish. “I look forward to working closely with our teams, agency leaders, and industry partners to pursue new opportunities, accelerate the adoption of AI and other emerging technologies, and help government organizations modernize and operate more effectively.”
