INSCOM publishes Intelligence and Automation Ops presolicitation

On January 21, the U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) released a presolicitation notice for its Intelligence and Automation Operations requirement. The purpose of this draft solicitation is to gain industry feedback for clarification questions. Responses are due by 9:00 a.m. Eastern on January 30.

INSCOM anticipates a requirement that is being considered under NAICS Code 541519. The size standard associated with this NAICS code is $34,000,000. The Product Service Code is R423 – Support-Professional: Intelligence.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to provide comprehensive operational intelligence integration and data-centric support to the Data Capabilities Division and its diverse customer base as defined in the PWS.

The primary objective of this presolicitation is to proactively identify and rectify any potential errors, ambiguities, or internal inconsistencies. This critical pre-release quality assurance process is designed to rigorously assess the solicitation, associated Performance Work Statement, CDRLs, and Government Format Pricing Model for accuracy, clarity, and legal sufficiency.
