Terran Orbital names Michael Vishion program management VP

On January 7, Terran Orbital, a Lockheed Martin Company, announced the appointment of Michael Vishion as vice president of program management. Vishion reports to Peter Krauss, chief executive officer.
Vishion brings more than 25 years of aerospace and defense experience, with extensive leadership across program management, contracts, product development, and operations. A U.S. Navy veteran, he has supported Department of Defense customers throughout his career and is recognized as a trusted leader in delivering complex, mission-critical programs.
Prior to joining Terran Orbital, Vishion held senior leadership roles overseeing multi-site defense and space portfolios valued between $200 million and $350 million. He led organizations of more than 60 professionals and is known for restoring execution discipline, turning around challenged programs, and building collaborative, accountable teams.
“Michael’s depth of experience in program execution, combined with his people-first leadership approach, makes him a strong addition to our executive team,” Krauss said. “His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to scale our operations and deliver consistent, high-quality results for our customers.”
In his role, Vishion will focus on strengthening cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to drive execution excellence and support Terran Orbital’s growth across defense, civil, commercial, and international markets.
