C3 AI and ECS secure US Army intelligence systems contract

C3 AI announced on December 10 that the company, in partnership with ECS, an IT systems integrator focused on data and AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise transformation solutions, will fulfill a task order from the U.S. Army’s Program Manager for Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A) to modernize information collection management processes for Army Intelligence.

To address the U.S. Army Program Manager integration and collection management requirements, C3 AI and ECS are working together to:

  • Deploy a commercial application known as C3 AI Decision Advantage which has been optimized over years of investment across the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community
  • Integrate C3 AI Decision Advantage, an application suite for Combined Joint All-Domain Command & Control (CJADC2)
  • Digitize collection management workflows and provide tactical, expeditionary toolsets that address Commander’s information requirements
  • Significantly reduce the burden of soldier collection requirements management and collection orchestration operations

The AI-enabled application will modernize a critical intelligence process for the U.S. Army and lays the foundation for optimized, predictive intelligence tasking, collection, processing, and dissemination.

“Delivering timely, actionable intelligence to decision makers in the field is critical for strategic operations, and C3 AI Decision Advantage is designed to do precisely that,” said Thomas Siebel, CEO, C3 AI. “By integrating and optimizing information collection assets across the U.S. Army, we’re enabling a new era of efficiency and readiness. This solution, built on years of innovation with the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, will significantly enhance the Army’s ability to support Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control, ultimately advancing mission success on the modern battlefield.”

“This partnership reflects ECS’ commitment to advancing the mission-critical capabilities of our defense and intelligence communities,” said John Heneghan, president of ECS. “Combining our expertise in cybersecurity, data integration, and enterprise IT solutions with cutting-edge AI tools like C3 AI Decision Advantage will enable the U.S. Army to streamline its intelligence collection processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making in complex environments.”
