On November 28, Columbia, MD-based iNovex, a provider of software development solutions focused on cybersecurity, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), data analysis, and robotic process automation for the Intelligence Community, announced that it has appointed Ray Williams to the position of executive vice president. iNovex is a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital.
As a proven executive and leader in the Intelligence Community with over 20 years of experience, Williams will oversee iNovex’s integration activities tied to recent and future acquisitions, while also assisting the company with strategy, growth, and operations. Williams most recently served as Vice President and General Manager for Maxar’s Intelligence and Combatant Command business unit and previously held P&L and growth leadership roles at Engility, Harris Corporation, and Multimax.
Through a mix of organic growth and strategic acquisitions, iNovex is a leading advanced technology solutions company for the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense with prime contract awards well over $2 billion and approximately 1,000 employees and teammates overseeing vital national security interests.
