On August 27, the U.S. Army Geospatial Center (AGC) released a request for information (RFI) for Geospatial Software and Analytics Capabilities. Responses are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on September 15.
This is a Request for Information (RFI), as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) the Program Manager (PM) Intelligence Systems and Analytics (IS&A) Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG). PM IS&A is conducting market research to further identify commercial items to satisfy software capabilities. The Government invites all business and academic organizations to respond to this RFI notice.
The Army Geospatial Center leads the development and integration of the Army Geospatial Enterprise to enable systems within Programs of Record; lends Geospatial Intelligence expertise to develop and field tools for optimize location data; performs geospatial data content and dissemination management and provides geospatial products, data, and training for an array of military and military enabling operations.
The Contractor shall be U.S. owned and no work is to be performed OCONUS to include subcontractors. The Contractor will use and/or generate data classified through TOP SECRET/SCI. Contractor personnel supporting AGC and working within AGC or other Government facilities shall have and maintain up to a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
