Enlighten IT awarded $15M Army leadership dashboard TO
Enlighten IT Consulting, LLC, a subsidiary of MacAulay-Brown (MacB), an Alion Company, was awarded a maximum $15M prime task order under the Army Cloud Computing Enterprise Transition (ACCENT) ID/IQ, Alion announced April 25. Under the terms of the contract, Enlighten will create a large-scale cloud computing environment and provide engineering services to support Army data analytics and integration efforts across the data lifecycle for the Army Program Executive Office, Enterprise Information System (PEO-EIS) Strategic Initiatives Group (SIG). The task order has a one-year base period with two one-year option periods.
The task objective is to leverage the data collection associated with the Army Leadership Dashboard (ALD) Prototype Project, as well as support Army data strategy goals of making data visible, accessible, understandable, trusted, and interoperable. This work will further the overarching Army goal of providing “one version of the truth” for sourcing data to support Army analytics.

The Enlighten cloud solution for the Army uses the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Storage Solution (S3) inside of AWS GovCloud to facilitate the storage, distribution, analysis, and archival requirements of ALD.
